Job Description

What you will be doing:

·  Adhere to the Spa Policy & Standard Operating Procedures manual
·  Manage the operations and efficiency of the wellness facilities
·  Support strategic initiatives for the spa and wellness areas applicable to the hotel to help market the overall well-being offer / product
·  Training and Coaching of reception and spa attendant
·  Schedule treatment bookings and ensure smooth operation of the reception
·  Maintaining a high level of professionalism in all aspects of the job

Qualifications

·  Minimum 1-2 years previous experience within similar role
·  Knowledgeable about all aspects of treatments and spa therapy
·  Good communications skills, both written and verbal in Bahasa Indonesia and English
·  Working experience in 5* hotel operation is highly regarded
