Job Description
Position Summary
The Spa Receptionist is responsible for welcoming guests, managing spa reservations, handling guest inquiries, and ensuring smooth front desk operations while providing excellent customer service and a professional spa experience.
Key Responsibilities
· Welcome guests warmly and assist with spa check-in and check-out procedures.
· Handle spa reservations, appointment scheduling, and telephone inquiries professionally.
· Provide guests with information about spa treatments, services, and retail products.
· Maintain accurate guest records and payment transactions.
· Coordinate with spa therapists and supervisors to ensure smooth daily operations.
· Ensure reception and waiting areas are clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
· Handle guest feedback and requests professionally and efficiently.
· Follow spa operational procedures, grooming, and service standards.
Qualifications
· Previous experience in spa reception, hospitality, or customer service preferred.
· Fluent in English, with excellent communication and customer service skills. Knowledge of Russian language is an advantage.
· Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
· Professional appearance and positive attitude.
· Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with booking systems preferred.
