Job Description

We are seeking a friendly and professional Spa Receptionist to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere while ensuring smooth operations of our spa facility.

·  Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner
·  Schedule appointments and manage the spa booking system
·  Answer phone calls and respond to email inquiries promptly
·  Provide information about spa services, treatments, and packages
·  Process payments and handle cash and credit card transactions
·  Maintain a clean and organized reception area
·  Assist with inventory management of spa products
·  Collaborate with spa therapists to ensure a seamless guest experience
·  Handle guest feedback and resolve any issues or concerns
·  Promote spa services and products to maximize sales

Qualifications

·  Saudi nationality is required for this position
·  High school diploma or equivalent
·  Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English
·  Previous customer service experience, preferably in a spa or hospitality setting
·  Proficiency in basic computer skills and spa booking software
·  Strong knowledge of spa services and treatments
·  Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
·  Exceptional organizational and time management skills
·  Friendly and professional demeanor with a customer-focused attitude
·  Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
·  First aid certification is a plus
·  Familiarity with the spa and wellness industry is highly desirable
