Job Description
· Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
· Assist in the all operations of the Spa and to have knowledge of all Spa menu
· Assist guest with the use of sauna, steam, day pass and spa facilities etc.
· Assist guests with product information and retail sales
· Provide guest information relating to spa menu and special offers
· Maintain stock levels and ensure all products are displayed as per standards
· Follow departmental policies and procedures
· Follow all safety and sanitation policies
· Reports any problems or questions to Supervisor
· Attends pre-shift briefings and handover to Supervisor/colleague at end of shift.
· Clean and tidy the areas when necessary
· To report any equipment malfunctioning.
· To report anything which may be a Health & Safety hazard
· Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
· Previous Spa or Hospitality experience preferred
· Minimum of 1 year experience at a 5* hotel spa or luxury stand-alone Spa
· Strong administrative skills including Excel Spreadsheets
· Book4Time experience mandatory
· CPR and First Aid certification preferred
· Excellent communication and organizational skills
· Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
· Highly responsible & reliable
· Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
