Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Spa Manager to join our luxury wellness facility in the heart of Istanbul, Turkey. As the Spa Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our spa operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving business growth in this vibrant and culturally rich city.
· Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve short-term and long-term spa goals
· Lead and inspire a team of spa professionals, including therapists and receptionists
· Ensure the delivery of world-class, personalized guest experiences aligned with our brand standards
· Manage daily spa operations, including scheduling, inventory control, and financial performance
· Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective spa promotions and packages
· Drive retail sales through product knowledge and upselling techniques
· Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to enhance team skills and service delivery
· Implement and maintain quality control measures for all spa treatments and services
· Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative practices to keep the spa competitive
· Ensure compliance with local health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures
· Analyze financial data and prepare reports to optimize spa performance and profitability
· Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes team growth and satisfaction
· Integrate Turkish spa and wellness practices into our service offerings to create unique guest experiences
Qualifications
· Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Spa Manager in a luxury hospitality setting
· Proven track record of successfully managing spa operations and driving business growth
· In-depth knowledge of spa products, treatments, and current wellness trends
· Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service
· Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities
· Proficiency in English; knowledge of Turkish is a plus
· Experience with spa management software and financial reporting
· Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
· Professional certification in spa management or related field is a plus
· Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the spa industry, particularly in Istanbul and Turkey
· Knowledge of Turkish spa and wellness practices and their integration into modern spa services
· Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
· Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment
· Passion for the wellness industry and commitment to ongoing professional development
· Adaptability to work in a multicultural environment and cater to diverse international clientele
