Job Description

SO/ Sotogrande, a luxurious resort located in the beautiful Sotogrande, Spain, is seeking a friendly and professional Spa Hostess to join our team. As a Spa Hostess, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they have a relaxing and memorable experience from the moment they enter our spa facilities.

·  Greet and welcome guests to the spa, providing a warm and inviting atmosphere
·  Schedule and confirm spa appointments, both in-person and over the phone
·  Provide information about spa services, treatments, and packages to guests
·  Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures
·  Maintain a clean and organized reception area
·  Respond to guest inquiries and address any concerns promptly and professionally
·  Collaborate with spa therapists and other staff to ensure smooth operations
·  Process payments and handle cash and credit card transactions
·  Maintain accurate records of appointments, sales, and inventory
·  Promote spa products and services to enhance guest experience and meet sales goals
·  Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Qualifications

·  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
·  Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and empathetic demeanor
·  Basic computer skills, including proficiency in scheduling software
·  Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
·  Attention to detail and excellent time management skills
·  Basic knowledge of spa treatments and services
·  Previous experience in hospitality or spa industry preferred
·  High school diploma or equivalent
·  Knowledge of spa etiquette and procedures
·  Fluency in English; knowledge of Spanish or other languages is a plus
·  Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light physical tasks
·  Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as needed
