Job Description

•Work on brand related projects that maximize revenue and the guest experience.

•Bolster our digital presence by playing a key role in the management of our online marketing initiatives. This will involve designing social media plans with dynamic content, updating our direct websites with relevant offers and information, auditing our third-party websites to ensure compliance, and creating email newsletters.

Create brochures and flyers to promote F&B Events

Update Sales Presentations and collaterals

Prepare monthly eNewsletters about hotel events

Manage the email database and input additional contacts

Prepare collaterals for sales team to assist in the promotion of events

Call/text external partners and guests to inform them of events

Qualifications

•Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality/ Marketing.

•Fluent in computer literacy

•Multicultural awareness and able to work with people from diverse cultures

•Ability to work independently and has good initiative under dynamic environment

•Self-motivated and energetic

•Proficient English language skills
