·  Greet and assist guests, providing information about services and ensuring a pleasant experience.
·  Keep spa facilities, treatment rooms, and public areas clean and sanitized.
·  Help therapists prepare rooms and maintain a comfortable environment during treatments.
·  Monitor and restock spa products, towels, and linens.
·   Follow hygiene and safety protocols to ensure a safe environment for guests.
·  Assist with appointment scheduling, guest inquiries, and payments.
·  Provide guests with comfort items like robes, slippers, and refreshments.
·  Maintain a relaxing atmosphere with appropriate lighting, music, and temperature.

Qualifications

·   High school diploma or equivalent; certifications in spa services or hospitality can be beneficial.
·  Previous experience in hospitality or customer service, especially in a spa or wellness setting.
·   Excellent communication, attention to detail, and multitasking abilities.
·   Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for long periods.
·  Friendly, approachable, calm, and patient demeanor.
·   Knowledge of spa products, services, and basic administrative tasks.
