LOOKING TO CHANGE THE GAME?
Pullman Auckland is looking for a full-time talented and passionate Spa Assistant Manager wishing to expand their knowledge and skills in a luxury hotel environment.
As a Spa Assistant Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:
· Manage spa and fitness centre operations, ensuring efficiency and guest satisfaction.
· Assist with budget adherence, cost management, and revenue maximisation.
· Oversee inventory, supply ordering, and equipment maintenance.
· Ensure compliance with operating standards and health regulations.
· Deliver spa treatments and maintain facility cleanliness.
· Supervise, train, and develop team members to maintain service excellence.
Qualifications
REAL PLACE, REAL PEOPLE
Whilst talent and attitude are our primary requirements, you also have:
· NZQA Level 5 or equivalent in Massage or Spa Therapies
· Experience in a professional beauty environment
· A passion for delivering an outstanding service and a memorable experience each time
· Exceptional personal presentation
· Excellent communication skills
· Flexibility to work rostered shifts; including weekends.
