Job Description

·  To oversee the main kitchen and organize the team’s tasks for the daily production and ensure standards are being followed
·  To develop seasonal offerings as required
·  To prepare forecasts, reports and supplies requisition to ensure the smooth operation of the Pastry section  
·  Ensure HACCP guidelines and municipality regulations are followed at all times.

Qualifications

·  Previous experience in a similar role is an asset in a 5 star hotel setting
·  Good interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for service
