Job Description

What you will be doing:

·  Behaves and acts in an exemplary fashion, embodying the brand mindset
·  Helps the Chef De Cuisine in all his/her duties
·  Carries out and coordinates the organization, preparation, production, presentation and assures the high standard of culinary services offered to guests
·  Helps his/her Staff  improve their skills and provides support for career development
·  Manages his/her team to the highest level
·  Is responsible for food hygiene, safety and quality in section 
·  Participates in investment decisions for the kitchen

Qualifications

·  Minimum 1-2 years previous experience within similar role as Sous Chef
·  Good communications skills, both written and verbal in Bahasa Indonesia and English
·  Good knowledge of F&B service operation 
·  Working experience in 5* hotel operation is highly regarded
