Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage and resolve complex issues for the ServiceNow Technical Support team, focusing on performance and instance availability
· Serve as the final point of escalation within the technical support department
· Mentor junior team members on various technologies
· Quickly gain and apply understanding of the ServiceNow platform
· Interact directly with customers, requiring strong interpersonal and technical skills
· Work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Qualifications
Batchelor of engineering / power department
Good command at English language
skillful at using computer
Additional Information
He should have at least two years experience in the same position in similar property
