With 367 rooms, ibis Styles Brisbane is one of the largest hotels in Brisbane City. We are a bright, colourful and stylish hotel, with a vibrant and diverse culture of Heartists who work here with us.

We are looking for our next  Full-time Sales & Marketing Coordinator to join the ibis Styles Brisbane Elizabeth Street team.

Job Description

·  Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel rates, packages, and operations to conduct site inspections for clients.
·  Support the Sales Manager with daily operations and administration.
·  Coordinate conferences and events with Kitchen and F&B teams to ensure smooth delivery.
·  Prepare and distribute BEOs.
·  Maintain and update the Sales & Marketing database and electronic files.
·  Assist with proposals, contracts, promotions, mail-outs, and communication materials.
·  Support marketing, e-commerce, and campaign execution.
·  Manage and update the hotel website and online content.
·  Create marketing collateral and promotional materials in line with Accor brand standards.
·  Maintain hotel brand identity, imagery, and media resources across platforms.
·  Develop and manage social media strategies and communications initiatives.
·  Liaise with corporate teams, management, suppliers, and advertising partners.
·  Prepare monthly and quarterly reports.

Qualifications

·  The role requires a qualification in Marketing, Hospitality, Business, or a related field, with at least a years of experience in marketing or hotel operations.
·  Strong digital marketing knowledge, Microsoft Office skills, and the ability to coordinate campaigns and manage multiple tasks are essential.
·  Success in the role also depends on excellent communication, organisation, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
