Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Health Club Attendant to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The role is responsible for ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment in the health club, gym, pool, and surrounding areas while delivering excellent guest service.

·  Welcome and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner
·  Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the health club, gym, pool, and changing areas
·  Ensure safe use of gym equipment and monitor pool safety at all times
·  Supervise pool area and enforce safety rules and regulations
·  Set up and arrange pool deck, sunbeds, towels, and fitness areas
·  Provide towels, amenities, and assist guests with requests
·  Report maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly
·  Monitor guest activities and ensure compliance with safety standards
·  Assist in emergency situations when required and follow safety procedures
·  Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude at all times

Qualifications

·  Previous experience in a gym, hotel health club, or pool environment preferred
·  Basic knowledge of pool safety and gym equipment
·  Lifeguard certification where applicable
·  Good communication and guest service skills
·  Physically fit and able to work in active indoor/outdoor environments
·  Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
·  High school diploma or equivalent preferred
·  Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
