The hotel offers 378 beautiful, spacious rooms & suites. While for business purpose, ballroom and meeting

rooms are available for conference up to 350 guests.

Job Description

·  Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve hotel revenue targets.
·  Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts in both the corporate and travel agent segments.
·  Identify and secure new business opportunities in Surabaya and neighbouring areas.
·  Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and partners to drive loyalty and repeat business.
·  Represent the hotel at sales events, trade shows, and client meetings to promote brand visibility.
·  Collaborate with the Sales & Marketing team to ensure cohesive brand messaging and service delivery.

Qualifications

·  Minimum of 2–3 years' experience in a sales role within the hospitality industry.
·  Strong network and connections within the Surabaya corporate and travel trade markets.
·  Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
·  Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
·  Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (both written and spoken).
