Job Description

What you will be doing:

·  Actively lead the Corporate segment’s financial and administrative activities being manage and coordinate with all group required arrangements  
·  Defines precisely guest requirements and ensures that the guest services offered corresponds effectively to their requests
·  Provides after-sales service and in particular to ensure all guests complaints are taken seriously and discussed with the respective departments if necessary. Ensures that all complaints have initiated follow-up action
·  Negotiates prices with the clients
·  Sales Manager is familiar with the operation and application of the hotel’s computer/data processing system

Qualifications

·  Minimum 2-3 years previous experience within similar role as Sales Manager
·  Good communications skills, both written and verbal in Bahasa Indonesia and English
·  Strong knowledge of Opera & Microsoft Office
·  Working experience in 5* hotel operation is highly regarded
