Job Description

What you will be doing:

·  Thorough knowledge of sales techniques, enjoy asking for business and closing sales, who has passion generating leads and coaching others. Consistently arranging customer’ meetings & calls
·  Effective follow up with deadline. Managing admin work related to his/her sales activities. Maintain consistent verbal and written communication with clients
·  Monthly, quarterly business reviews to evaluate the commercial achievement
·  Constantly monitor the competition’s rates / offers and proactively share market intelligence and accounts insights
·  Implement sales and product awareness within new markets like UAE/KSA and other key source markets
·  Work effectively with key stakeholders within Rooms, Revenue, F&B, Banquet and marketing departments

Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:

·  Experience in similar position in a luxury hotel
·  Excellent written and verbal communication skills, English is a must
·  Dedication to providing great customer service
·  Proactive
·  Is able to follow up and follow through
·  Has the ability to network in a genuine – authentic way – meeting deadline
