Job Description
·
Assist the Director of Sales and sales team in implementing sales activities and achieving business objectives.

Develop and maintain good working relationships with travel agents, wholesalers, DMCs, tour operators and other business partners.
·
Conduct sales calls, client visits, virtual meetings and follow-ups to generate business opportunities.
·
Assist with managing assigned accounts by maintaining regular communication, following up on leads and supporting ongoing business requirements.
·
Handle FIT, Group and Event enquiries and assist in preparing proposals, quotations, contracts and promotional agreements.
·
Coordinate sales activities including promotions, FAM trips, site inspections, trade shows, client visits and other sales events.
·
Maintain accurate client, enquiry and sales records in the CRM and prepare routine sales activity reports.
·
Support the sales team in monitoring market and competitor activities and identifying potential business opportunities.
·
Coordinate with Reservations, Front Office, Events, F&B and Operations to ensure client requirements and bookings are communicated and followed up effectively.
·
Assist with post-event and post-stay follow-ups to maintain client relationships and encourage repeat business.
Qualifications
·
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, Sales or a related field.
·
Minimum 2 years of relevant sales experience, preferably within luxury hospitality, resorts, travel or a related industry.
·
Previous experience in a remote island resort or destination is highly desirable.
·
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
·
Strong commercial awareness and the ability to identify and develop new business opportunities.
·
Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts, priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
·
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and relevant hotel sales systems.
·
Professional fluency in English and Russian.
