Job Description

·  Provide administrative and coordination support to the Director of Sales and Sales team, as directed.
·  Assist with handling sales enquiries, quotations, proposals, contracts and related correspondence based on instructions from the Sales team.
·  Follow up on pending enquiries and client requirements as assigned, and coordinate with the relevant resort departments to ensure timely communication and execution.
·  Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, databases, contracts, reports, client information and promotional materials.
·  Assist in coordinating FAM trips, site inspections, trade shows, exhibitions, business trips and other sales-related activities as directed by the Sales team.
·  Coordinate with Reservations, Revenue, Front Office, F&B, Marketing, Events and Operations to support the smooth execution of confirmed sales activities and client requirements.
·  Assist with client and trade partner servicing, including responding to requests, sharing information and following up on sales leads as assigned.
·  Support the Sales team in identifying and following up on upselling and cross-selling opportunities, where required.
·  Update and maintain information accurately in hotel sales and operating systems.
·  Carry out other sales administration and coordination duties as assigned by the Director of Sales

Qualifications

·  Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Events Management, Marketing or a related field.
·  Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar capacity, preferably within a hotel or resort environment.
·  Previous experience in a luxury hotel or resort is preferred.
·  Experience in a remote island resort or destination is an advantage.
·  Experience with travel agents, tour operators, DMCs or other hospitality partners is an advantage.
·  Excellent reading, writing and verbal proficiency in English.
·  Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
·  Previous experience with hotel systems such as Fusion, OPERA, Materials Control (MC) and/or CRM systems is preferred.
