We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in Mercure, Hyderabad. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving our company's growth by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
· Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand our customer base and increase revenue
· Conduct thorough market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
· Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and attending industry events
· Set up and conduct meetings with potential clients, listening to their needs and presenting tailored solutions
· Negotiate contracts and close deals to maximize profitability
· Maintain and enhance relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
· Create and present frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data to management
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery of products or services
· Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge
· Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and key performance indicators
Qualifications
· 1-3 years of proven work experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry
· Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
· Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships
· Excellent time management and organizational skills
· Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets in a fast-paced environment
· In-depth knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
