We are on the lookout for a Full Time  Sales and Marketing Coordinator  to join our hardworking and dedicated crew. 

Job Description

Reporting to the Sales Manager, the primary responsibilities of the Sales & Marketing Coordinator include:

·  Managing the hotel website including writing and optimising the content to designing attractive webpages
·  Social Media management and content creation
·  Prepare from inception marketing and promotional materials, brochures etc in accordance with Accor graphic standards that tells our story across multiple platforms.
·  Coordination of on site conferencing and events, working closely with the kitchen and F&B teams
·  Develop and monitor a social media strategy, keeping up to date with new initiatives in the communications sphere and implement where appropriate.
·  Sales Administration including preparation of contracts, invoices, reports. 
·  Assisting the Sales Manager with on site meetings, hotel tours and client management
·  Database management, phone and inbox responsibility

 

Qualifications

To be successful and enjoy this role, you will have the following skills and experiences:

·  Previous hotel/event coordination experience highly desired
·  Demonstrated ability to communicate and form close working relationships with colleagues and suppliers
·  Excellent organisational skills with experience organising multiple events at any one time
·  Experience with social media and digital marketing strategies 
·  **Full Australian Working Rights - Sponsorship is NOT available for this position.**
