Job Description

·  Attend daily briefings and takes on daily assigned tasks/  Tham d ự c á c cu ộ c h ọ p giao ban h à ng ng à y v à đ ả m nh ậ n c á c nhi ệ m v ụ đ ượ c giao h à ng ng à y
·  Understand the difference in guest levels (VIPs) and Room Categories/  Hi ể u s ự kh á c bi ệ t v ề c ấ p đ ộ quan tr ọ ng c ủ a kh á ch (VIPs) v à các h ạ ng ph ò ng
·  Clean and maintain areas of responsibility according to standards and procedure/  V ệ sinh v à duy tr ì c á c khu v ự c ch ị u tr á ch nhi ệ m theo ti ê u chu ẩ n v à quy tr ì nh
·  Replenish guest supplies and ensure that guests requests are promptly attended to/  B ổ sung đ ồ dùng mi ễ n ph í cho kh á ch v à đ ả m b ả o m ọ i y ê u c ầ u c ủ a kh á ch đ ượ c đá p ứ ng k ị p th ờ i.
·  Report damage or malfunction in hotel rooms/areas to Supervisor/  Báo cáo thi ệ t h ạ i ho ặ c s ự c ố trong ph ò ng / khu v ự c c ủ a kh á ch s ạ n cho Ng ườ i gi á m s á t
·  Maintain equipment in a proper state of cleanliness/  Duy trì thi ế t b ị ở tr ạ ng th á i s ạ ch s ẽ
·  Maintain a section room report as well as a daily productivity report/  Duy trì báo cáo phòng cũng nh ư b á o c á o n ă ng su ấ t h à ng ng à y
·  Reports lost and found articles to the housekeeping office immediately/  Báo cáo “đ ồ th ấ t l ạ c v à t ì m th ấ y ” đ ế n v ă n ph ò ng Bu ồ ng ngay khi t ì m th ấ y

·  Report unusual behavior/activities in guestroom, floors/ public areas to Supervisor/  Báo cáo hành vi / ho ạ t đ ộ ng b ấ t th ườ ng trong ph ò ng kh á ch, s à n / khu v ự c c ô ng c ộ ng cho Ng ườ i gi á m s á t
·  Record room status in allocated section accurately/  Ghi l ạ i t ì nh tr ạ ng ph ò ng trong ph ầ n đ ượ c ph â n b ổ ch í nh x á c
·  Carry out valet services when required (e.g. delivery of linen, processing laundry orders)/  Th ự c hi ệ n c á c vi ệ c kh á c khi đ ượ c y ê u c ầ u (v í d ụ : giao v ả i lanh, x ử l ý đ ồ gi ặ t kh á c )
·  Handle Mini Bar check for in house guest. When guest consumes, write on Minibar voucher and relay to Housekeeping Coordinator the items for refill. Minibar Attendant to replenish/  Ki ể m tra đ ồ Mini Bar trong phòng khách ở . N ế u khách s ử d ụ ng, ghi vào hoá đ ơ n v à báo cho nhân viên đi ề u ph ố i bu ồ ng ph ò ng đ ể đ ặ t thêm cho khách s ử d ụ ng.

Qualifications

·  Secondary school education
