Job Description

·  Clean & service all allocated rooms and public spaces to brand standards
·  Attention to detail, ensuring our guests arrive into a high-level of room cleanliness
·  Carry out programmed / regular cleaning duties as allocated
·  Use and clean equipment with care, reporting any defective equipment as set down in procedures manual - adhere to chemical handling and manual handling procedures
·  Assist with regular equipment stocktaking
·  Turndown service of rooms - replenish amenities for guest areas
·  Work with the other departments in the hotel to help deliver the best and most memorable guest experience

Qualifications

·  Approachable, accommodating, and upbeat! You enjoy working in a team environment and helping others and can take ownership 
·  Commitment to adhering to health & safety procedures and policies, making sure to foster a safe work environment
·  High attention to detail and a passion for providing exceptional service
·  A team player who is reliable and committed 
·  Ability to work a 7-day rotational roster including weekends and overnight. 
·  Legal working rights to work in New Zealand. Please be advised that this role does not qualify for sponsorship.
