Job Description

·  Clean and maintain guest rooms, public areas, and exterior areas to brand standards, ensuring they are well-presented at all times.
·  Report maintenance defects in guest rooms, public areas, and back of house through KnowCross.
·  Adhere to all brand standards and quality audit standards throughout the hotel.
·  Ensure compliance with Health and Safety standards when handling cleaning materials.
·  Provide exceptional customer care, maintaining a friendly and helpful attitude even when faced with challenges.
·  Assist with other tasks to support the housekeeping team as required.
·  Attend all required training sessions and continuously improve your skills and knowledge.

 

Qualifications

·  Previous housekeeping experience in a luxury hotel environment is preferred
·  Excellent communication and organisational skills, with good problem-solving abilities
·  Physical fitness to stand, lift, push and pull for extended periods
·  Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
·  Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
·  Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and safe handling of chemicals
·  Proficiency in English; additional languages beneficial
·  Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks
·  Positive attitude and adaptability to challenging situations
