· Support the creation and implementation of pricing strategies.
· Assist in the creation and maintenance of revenue forecasts and budgets.
· Conduct daily revenue management operations, including rate and inventory management.
· Analyze performance data and generate insightful reports.
· Prepare materials for the weekly/bi-weekly Revenue Management meeting.
· Develop and implement pricing strategies to maximize revenue and occupancy across different market segments
· Help create short- and long-term topline revenue forecasts.
· Collaborate with F&B, sales, finance, and front office teams to enhance revenue performance.
· Assist in the implementation and maintenance of IDeaS Revenue Management Platform.
· Ensure reservations are well managed and coordinate with the reservations team.
· Drive market share in your competitive set and ensure all systems are adequately used to optimize RevPAR.
· Develop a solid understanding of the distribution landscape, including online travel agencies and distribution networks.
· Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in revenue management to continuously improve processes and strategies.
Qualifications
· 1-3 years in hotel roles with property management system experience.
· Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to make data-driven decisions.
· A foundational understanding of revenue management principles.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel • Familiarity with the distribution landscape and online travel agencies.
· Being curious & open minded with a collaborative mindset and a passion for revenue management.
· A willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic team environment
