·  Work closely with our Revenue Manager, Front Office, and Sales teams to keep things running like a well-oiled machine.
·  Stay cool, calm, and collected while juggling data, deadlines, and dynamic market changes.
·  Keep systems updated with accuracy and care (yes, we love organised legends!).

Job Description

Some of what you will be doing:

·  Assist the Revenue Manager with daily, weekly, and monthly reporting.
·  Analyse pickup, pace, occupancy, ADR, and competitor trends to identify opportunities or risks.
·  Maintain accuracy of rates, restrictions, and inventory across all distribution systems.
·  Ensure all documentation, files and audit records are kept accurate and up to date.

Qualifications

Preferred (but not essential):

·  Experience in Revenue Management, Reservations, Front Office, or related hospitality roles.
·  Familiarity with systems such as Opera, TARS/ORS, OTA extranets, or channel managers.
·  Understanding of hotel distribution, pricing principles, and demand forecasting.
·  Relevant tertiary qualification in hospitality, business, or analytics is an advantage.

Full training and ongoing development will be provided for the right candidate.
