Job Description
· Manage the daily operations of the in-hotel retail store efficiently and effectively
· Promote a positive and professional team environment that fosters trust, integrity and superior performance standards, leading by example.
· Set daily goals for customer service to enhance the overall experience, emphasizing responsiveness and satisfaction.
· Ensure product placement, window displays, and visual merchandising align with brand standards
· Monitor sales targets and motivate the team to meet and exceed them
· Create strategies to maximize customer satisfaction and enhance the guest experience
· Handle procurement processes, including ordering and stock control
· Recruit, train, and evaluate staff performance
· Oversee sales, inventory, and cashier processes
· Provide regular reports and budget updates to senior management
· Conduct regular performance conversations to discuss results and develop action plans.
· Make sure that all the company policies and procedures are followed by all the team members.
· Participate in attracting, recruiting and onboarding a high performing team.
Qualifications
· Minimum 3 years of managerial experience in the retail sector (preferably in hospitality or luxury retail)
· Strong leadership skills in team management, sales, and customer service
· Proficient in MS Office; experience with retail management software is a plus
· Excellent planning, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
· Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
· Guest-oriented, dynamic, and presentable
