Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Restaurant Manager to lead the operations of our Japanese restaurant. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, in-depth knowledge of Japanese cuisine, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, maintaining quality standards, and driving business performance.

Oversee and manage all daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and excellence in service.

Lead, train, and supervise front-of-house and back-of-house teams, including sushi chefs and kitchen staff.

Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and authentic Japanese dining experience.

Monitor inventory levels, manage supplier relationships, and control food and labor costs.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

Handle guest feedback professionally and resolve complaints promptly.

Analyze sales performance, prepare reports, and implement strategies to improve revenue and profitability.

Develop staff schedules and ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.

Support marketing initiatives, promotions, and special events to drive business growth.
Qualifications
·
Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager, preferably in a Japanese or Asian cuisine restaurant.

Strong knowledge of Japanese food culture, sushi preparation standards, and service flow.
·
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
·
Ability to manage budgets, KPIs, and operational targets.
·
Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
