Job Description

•    Lead and motivate a team of restaurant staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
•    Oversee daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, service, and customer satisfaction
•    Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
•    Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of hygiene
•    Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment to minimize waste and control costs
•    Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and efficiently
•    Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and update menus
•    Conduct regular staff training sessions to improve service quality and efficiency
•    Manage budgets, financial reports, and administrative tasks
•    Stay updated on food industry trends and implement innovative ideas to enhance the dining experience
 

Qualifications

•    Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership role in the food service industry
•    Strong organizational and time management skills with a keen eye for detail
•    Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, with a focus on team leadership and motivation
•    Demonstrated proficiency in customer service and conflict resolution
•    Solid understanding of food safety regulations and hygiene standards
•    Experience in inventory management and cost control
