Job Description

·  Provide excellent service at all time to all of our guests
·  Welcome and register guests using room list and / or restaurant reservation system
·  Escort, seat and assist guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way
·  Have full knowledge of menu items and preparation methods through actively studying the menus and taking part in trainings
·  Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
·  Take telephone bookings and maintain a clear and organized reservations system
·  Maintain cleanliness of hostess station and surrounding areas
·  Perform all opening, closing and side duties and fill out the required checklists
·  Ensure all safety and hygiene procedures are strictly followed
·  Maintain complete knowledge of all F&B services, outlets and other hotel services in order to advise all guests accordingly
·  Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

·  Previous experience in a similar role is an asset
·  Strong work ethic and 'can do' attitude
·  Excellent communication skills
·  Ability to work in a team environment
·  Strong attention to detail
·  Highly responsible and reliable personality
·  Fluency in Turkish and English
