Key tasks
- Guest Experience focused and with strong eye for details. Manage hotel operations to maximize efficiency and profitability while minimizing costs. Systematic. Drive the delivery of brand products and services.
- Lead the hotels operational Divisions to achieve Group and Brand standards. Deliver compliance with local regulation and strive to achieve international best practice. Be an champion of the Pullman Brand.
- A professional, dynamic and hands-on leader with strong entrepreneurial spirit, multicultural exposure and a passion to coach and develop local talents.
- Represent the hotel General Manager and Division Heads in their absence.
