We are seeking a friendly and professional Residences Lounge Assistant to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a Residences Lounge Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our residents and guests have an exceptional experience in our exclusive lounge area. Your warm personality and commitment to outstanding service will contribute to creating a welcoming and comfortable environment for all visitors.
· Greet and welcome residents and guests to the lounge area with a friendly and professional demeanour
· Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and reservations for lounge services
· Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lounge area, ensuring it meets high standards of hygiene and presentation
· Prepare and serve light refreshments, beverages, and snacks as required
· Monitor and replenish lounge supplies and amenities
· Coordinate with other departments to fulfil guest requests and resolve any issues promptly
· Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
· Assist in organizing and setting up for special events or gatherings in the lounge area
· Provide information about local attractions, dining options, and services to guests
· Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, requests, and feedback
Qualifications
· Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
· Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and approachable demeanour
· Attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment
· Effective time management skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
· Basic computer skills for managing reservations and guest records
· Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and best practices
· Previous experience in hospitality or customer service roles preferred
· High school diploma or equivalent required
· Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
· Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
· Professional appearance and adherence to grooming standards
