Job Description
· Lead the reservation team, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations
· Manage all aspects of the reservation process, including phone, internet, and email bookings
· Implement and maintain policies to optimize room sales and occupancy rates
· Collaborate with other departments to enhance guest experience and streamline operations
· Monitor reservation trends and provide insights for strategic decision-making
· Handle complex inquiries and resolve customer issues promptly and professionally
· Ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations
Qualifications
· Proven supervisory experience in hospitality, preferably in reservations management
· Strong leadership and customer service skills with ability to motivate a team
· Advanced proficiency in reservation software and analytical problem-solving abilities
· Exceptional organizational and communication skills in English
· Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
· Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
· Knowledge of revenue management and industry best practices a plus
