Featuring 380 guest rooms and suites, bar and restaurant, swimming pool and gym with 8 flexible conference & function venues feature state-of-the-art, conference technology. The ballroom accommodates events of up to 400 delegates in a theatre-style setup or 230 guests for banquets.

Love working in Hospitality but want to work Monday to Friday during business hours? This is the opportunity for you to be part of our Sales and Marketing Team as a Reservations Sales Agent!

You are the beginning of an exceptional guest experience. As a Reservations Sales Agent, you will make our guests feel welcome before they arrive!

You will:

·  Ensure the best selection for the guest and ensure revenue is maximised through up-selling
·  Recommend property facilities and assist guests with information and special requests
·  Book room reservation requests, enter rooming lists, and update accurate information in the system
·  Assist in handling and managing group reservations
·  Maintain a positive selling approach to maximise both occupancy and rates
·  Have a strong sales focus and the ability to upsell the hotel features
·  High level of attention to detail
·  Great verbal and written communication skills
·  Engaging personality that will transpire through the phone

Qualifications

·  Sound Knowledge & application of Opera Cloud or similar Reservations system
·  Previous experience in a Front Office Or Reservations role will be highly regarded
