Key tasks

We are currently seeking a quirky and upbeat superstar to run our Reservations Team!
If you are positive and dynamic and love giving an exceptional customer service, we would love to hear from you.

How it will be your day?

In our busy hotel every day is different, but part of your tasks are.....
• Ensure that all the reservations groups and individuals are 100% accurate.
• To be knowledgeable of the hotel and group’s facilities to maximise all sales opportunities.
• Take part in the allocation of rooms.
• Carry out revenue management for the department.
• Be involved in promoting and maintaining customer loyalty.
• To develop and couch your team to ensure that they achieve exceptional levels of customer care.

What are we looking for?

• Experience in a hotel environment.
• Be available to work flexible hours.
• A previous successful experience managing and training teams.
• Excellent organizations skills and ability to find solutions.
• Friendly, bubbly and approachable
