Job Description

The Reservation agents handles the requests from guests, companies and travel agents via phone and other platforms. He/She needs to ensure booking information are input accurately into the reservation system, and maintain and update room availability on online booking platforms.

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

 Assisting with their bookings

 Making reservations based on dates and rates available

 Answer guest calls and emails promptly

 Upselling rooms & cross-selling hotel various departments

 Promotes hotel services

 Assists reservations supervisor

 Make sure reservations are properly filed and maintained  Reservations quality check

Qualifications

- Prior use of Opera

- Experience in front office and or reservations

- Ideally Arabic speaking
