Job Description
· Supervision and Safety : Ensuring the safety and security of children within the Kids Club area, including providing immediate first aid or CPR if necessary.
· Activity Planning and Implementation : Organizing and leading age-appropriate activities, games, and sports to engage children and promote their social, emotional, and educational development.
· Customer Service : Greeting parents and children, responding to inquiries, and maintaining open communication with families to ensure a welcoming atmosphere.

Maintenance and Cleanliness : Keeping the Kids Club environment clean, orderly, and sanitized, including managing toys and equipment.

Administrative Duties : Handling registrations, maintaining attendance records, and ensuring all Kids Club guidelines and policies are followed.

Collaboration : Working with other departments to organize special events, parties, and holiday activities for children.
Qualifications
· High school diploma or equivalent.
· Previous experience in child care, early childhood education, or a related field.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to create and lead age-appropriate activities for children.
· Certification in CPR and First Aid (or willingness to obtain).
· Knowledge of child safety and behavior management practices.
· Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for working with children.
· Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
· Basic administrative and organizational skills for managing attendance and activity planning.
· Fluency in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
