Job Description

·  Processes all room reservations via phone calls, emails, and Opera which may include booking changes and cancellations.
·  Ensures accuracy in reservation entries by checking for duplicate bookings and history, and accommodating and documenting requests while implementing hotel standards.
·  Implements revenue management strategies such as upselling, recommendation of hotel facilities, services, and hotel restrictions.

Qualifications

·  Graduate of a degree in Tourism, Hospitality management, or a related discipline is an asset. 
·  A minimum of one (1) year of relevant experience in reservations is an advantage.
·  Excellent communication, and organizational skills with strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities, and a keen sense of detail.
·  Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and Opera PMS.
