Job Description

· 
Assist in managing and leading the daily operations of the Reservations Department and support the Reservations team in achieving departmental objectives​

· 
Maintains a very good reputation for the Hotel and assists to increase the overall profitability of the Hotel​

· 
Responsible for ensuring the team complies with ResaVision standards.

Qualifications

· 
Excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills​

· 
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities​

· 
Minimum 2 years experience in hotel Reservations​
