Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruitment Manager to join our team in Phu Quoc, Vietnam. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent to our organization.

·  Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals
·  Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding
·  Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions
·  Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks
·  Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
·  Implement and maintain an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to streamline the recruitment process
·  Analyze recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to senior management
·  Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition
·  Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations throughout the hiring process
·  Represent the company at job fairs and networking events to build a strong talent pipeline
·  Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and partners

Qualifications

·  Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
·  Minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in the hospitality sector
·  At least 3 years of experience in a similar position within a large-scale organization
·  Fluent in English (both spoken and written); plus Vietnamese
·  Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
·  Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software
·  Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and labor laws
·  Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
·  Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
·  Proven organizational and time management skills
·  Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
·  Demonstrated success in developing and implementing recruitment strategies
·  Adaptability to work in a multicultural setting, with experience in the Asian market a must
