Job Description

·  Consistently ensure professional, friendly and engaging service delivery across all recreation areas.
·  Monitor and improve guest satisfaction, ensuring service exceeds expectations.
·  Handle guest complaints and critical incidents effectively and promptly.
·  Drive guest engagement programs (e.g. We Make Moments) to enhance RPS performance.
·  Oversee daily operations of all Recreation facilities: Pool, Beach, Gym, Kids Club, M Lounge.
·  Ensure facilities are clean, safe, well-maintained and aligned with brand standards.
·  Monitor and maintain equipment, infrastructure and inventory.
·  Ensure proper setup of pool, beach and activity areas.
·  Plan, implement and monitor daily activity programs and special events.
·  Ensure programs are delivered safely, on schedule and at high quality standards.
·  Develop new ideas to enhance guest experience and activity offerings.
·  Manage contingency plans for weather or operational disruptions.
·  Supervise, train and develop Recreation team (Fitness, Lifeguard, Activities, Attendants).
·  Assign duties, monitor performance and ensure efficient shift operations.
·  Maintain discipline, grooming and professional standards.
·  Conduct regular training programs and ensure training hours compliance.

Additional Information

·  Bachelor's degree; graduate degree for advancement, 1-2 years experiences in related position 
·  Strong organizational skills 
·  Ability to lead, motivate and develop a team of individuals
·  Detailed knowledge of working practices of activities
·  Ability to cope with pressure
·  Ability to work a personal computer
·  Capable of preparing reports and presentations in English.
·  Knowledge of local language 
·  Strong resistance
