Job Description

** implementing check-in and check-out procedures for guests, solving their problems during their stay in the hotel;
** Create a positive environment by assisting and caring for guests.
** accepting and  at the end of the working day handing over the cash register to the next shift;
** finding information about planned or ongoing events, conferences and discounts at the hotel;

** taking proper actions in case of an emergency;

Qualifications

** Desirable work experience as a receptionist;
** Attentiveness and patience for customers;
** Sense of responsibility and excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
** Multitasking skills, with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment;
** Fluency in English
