Job Description
· Welcome and assist guests, building strong relationships.
· Manage check-in/out, payments, and guest details accurately.
· Promote hotel facilities, actively upselling to maximize occupancy and revenue.
· Safeguard guest property with proper documentation.
· Promote Accor loyalty programs to enhance guest satisfaction and brand loyalty.
· Work collaboratively with all departments for smooth operations.
Qualifications
· Exceptional communication skills: written, verbal, and non-verbal.
· Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to take initiative.
· Previous experience in Reservations is an advantage.
· Familiarity with Opera Cloud, TARS Database, or similar PMS preferred but not required.
· Flexible availability for a rotating roster, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
· Must hold NZ residency or a permanent NZ work visa.
