Job Description

We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team in Rixos Al Mairid, Ras Al-Khaimah, United Arab Emirates. As the first point of contact for our guests and visitors, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and efficient environment for our organization.

·  Greet and direct visitors, guests, and clients in a courteous and professional manner
·  Answer and manage incoming phone calls, emails, and other communications
·  Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for executives and staff members
·  Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
·  Manage the front desk area, ensuring it remains tidy and well-organized
·  Coordinate with other departments to facilitate smooth operations
·  Handle basic inquiries and provide information about our organization and services
·  Assist with event preparations and guest accommodations when required
·  Maintain security by following check-in procedures and issuing visitor badges
·  Process incoming and outgoing mail and packages

Qualifications

·  Professional Experience: Demonstrable experience as a Receptionist within the hospitality sector is mandatory.
·  Linguistic Proficiency: Fluency in English and Arabic (both written and verbal communication) is essential. Proficiency in additional languages is highly advantageous.
·  Technical Expertise: Comprehensive knowledge of Opera Cloud or equivalent front office systems is required.
·  Computer Literacy: Proficient utilisation of MS Office applications and adept email management skills are crucial.

·  Exemplary attention to detail and superior multitasking capabilities in high-pressure environments are essential.
