Job Description
·
Greet and check-in/check-out guests in accordance with Swissotel standards
·
Handle room reservations, modifications, and cancellations efficiently
·
Process payments, deposits, and billing with accuracy and attention to detail
·
Anticipate guest needs and coordinate with relevant departments to fulfill requests
·
Provide information about room types, hotel services, special packages, and promotions
·
Maintain accurate records, complete daily reports, and manage shift handovers smoothly
·
Promote and manage loyalty program memberships
·
Assist with Executive Lounge operations, including guest registration and concierge duties
·
Provide orientation and on-the-job training for new colleagues as a buddy/trainer
·
Take on the role of shift leader in the absence of the Front Office Supervisor
·
Uphold cleanliness and organization in front and back office areas
·
Communicate professionally and proactively resolve guest complaints when needed
Qualifications
·
Degree in Hospitality, Tourism or a related field (preferred)
·
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar Front Office role
·
Strong command of English (C1 or above); additional languages are a plus
·
Proficient in Opera PMS or similar hotel management software
·
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
·
Guest-focused, detail-oriented, and a natural team player
·
Flexible with working hours, including night shifts and weekends
