Job Description

What you will do as part of our team:

- Attend to every customer that comes through reception, resolving their queries and concerns.
- Record income and settle customer accounts ensuring that service standards are met.
- Upselling, making targeted sales of room categories.
- Prepare reports and reports requested by their managers.
- Keep your work station tidy and with all the necessary material according to guidelines.
- Keep informed of everything that happens in the hotel, groups, VIP's, outlets information and schedules to give the best service to our guests.
- Print and check all your cash transactions and negative postings before the end of your shift.
- Ensure that the Police report is sent correctly on a daily basis.
- Assist and support the Bell Boy, Concierge when the occasion requires it.

Qualifications

- Driving license and own vehicle.
- Certificate of studies related to the sector.
- Fluent in English (oral and written), have a third language (it is valued).
- Experience of at least 2 years in the same or similar position will be valued.
- Knowledge of the OPERA program (valued).
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving skills.
- Be highly responsible and reliable.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work cohesively as part of a team.
- Ability to focus on the needs of the guest while remaining calm and courteous.
