Job Description
· Greet, check-in,check-out respond to requests and settle accounts while providing exceptional service.
· Take initiative to add a personalized experience.
· Proudly promote the hotel facilities, looking for opportunities to enhance a guest’s stay.
· Maintain accurate records of daily transactions.
· Handle guest requests effectively and promptly.
· Cash handling which includes currency exchange and balancing a float.
· Become familiar with group resumes ensuring all details of incoming and outgoing groups are observed.
· Serve as sales agent promoting and up-selling hotel services.
· Maintain an excellent working rapport with all departments in the hotel.
· Complete night audit tasks as assigned.
· Upholds the highest standard of internal and external customer service by applying our Service Standards at all times.
Qualifications
· Fluency in English.
· Ability to multitask in a changing environment while remaining calm and composed.
· Have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be able to build rapport with guests.
· Having organizational and leadership skills.
· Prior experience working with Opera or a related system
· Having work experience in the field of hotel or customer services.
· To create an unforgettable impression by exceeding the expectations of the guests.
· Having the ability to work with cash.
· Solving issues related to guests' requests in a sensitive and professional manner.
· Ability to work in a team.
· Willingness to continuously develop and learn.
· Accuracy in work and ability to pay attention to details.
Additional Information
Prior experience working with Opera or a related system.
Additional languages are a plus.
