Job Description

-First impressions are everything! Your engaging smile and personality are the essence of a great Front Desk Agent with Fairmont Mayakoba.

·  Execute the daily functions of arrival and departure for guests in a manner keeping with the Fairmont Service Promise and the guests.
·  Take initiative to add a personalized experience
·  Proudly promote the hotel facilities, looking for opportunities to enhance a guest’s stay through up-selling

 

Qualifications

·  Service focused personality is essential and prior experience as a Front Desk Agent.
·  Strong Interpersonal and problem solving abilities
·  Prior experience with Opera operating system
·  Fluent in English, other additional languages are a plus .
