As a Raffles Ambassador, you are the embodiment of the Raffles brand—offering a warm, intuitive, and gracious presence from the moment a guest arrives until their departure. You will serve as a personal liaison for our distinguished guests, anticipating needs, personalizing experiences, and creating unforgettable moments that reflect the legacy and elegance of Raffles Doha.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Engagement:

· 
Greet and welcome guests with personalized attention, embodying the warmth and refinement of the Raffles brand.

· 
Build genuine relationships with guests, ensuring their preferences and needs are remembered and fulfilled throughout their stay.

· 
Act as a point of contact for guest inquiries, preferences, special occasions, and service recovery.

Experience Personalization:

· 
Collaborate with Butler Services, Concierge, and Room Division to curate bespoke guest experiences.

· 
Monitor VIP arrivals, pre-arrival communication, in-stay follow-ups, and post-departure correspondence.

· 
Proactively suggest tailored experiences, dining options, or cultural activities based on guest interests.

Operational Excellence:

· 
Ensure smooth arrivals and departures, assisting with check-in/out and room orientation when required.

· 
Maintain accurate records of guest preferences and feedback using guest profile systems (e.g., Opera, CRM tools).

· 
Support the coordination of special amenities, room setups, and service enhancements.

Brand Representation:

· 
Uphold Raffles Doha standards in grooming, service etiquette, and emotional engagement.

· 
Maintain a deep knowledge of hotel offerings, art pieces, signature rituals, and Qatari culture to enrich guest interactions.

· 
Represent the hotel during VIP functions, special events, and public-facing occasions as needed.

Qualifications

Qualifications & Skills

· 
Degree or diploma in Hospitality or related field.

· 
Minimum 1–2 years of guest-facing experience in a luxury hotel or lifestyle brand.

· 
Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic, French, Russian, or Chinese is a strong asset.

· 
Impeccable grooming, confidence, and charisma with a service-first mindset.

· 
Cultural sensitivity and emotional intelligence; a true host with a passion for human connection.

· 
Familiarity with Opera PMS and guest recognition systems is preferred.
