Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Public Area Attendant to join our team at SO/ Uptown Dubai Residences team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of public areas within our residential properties, ensuring a welcoming and comfortable environment for our residents and guests.

·  Clean and maintain public areas, including lobbies, corridors, elevators, and common spaces
·  Perform regular cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and polishing surfaces
·  Empty trash receptacles and ensure proper waste disposal
·  Replenish supplies in public restrooms and other common areas
·  Identify and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel
·  Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleaning as needed
·  Respond promptly to residents' requests and concerns related to cleanliness and maintenance
·  Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies in good working condition
·  Adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies at all times
·  Collaborate with other team members to ensure all areas are properly maintained

Qualifications

·  Proven experience in housekeeping, preferably in a residential or hospitality setting
·  Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and products
·  Excellent time management and organizational skills
·  Keen attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness
·  Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks throughout the day
·  Good customer service skills and a professional demeanor
·  Ability to work independently and as part of a team
·  Basic English language skills for communication with residents and staff
·  Relevant certifications in cleaning or hospitality are a plus
·  Familiarity with health and safety regulations in cleaning and maintenance
·  Understanding of local customs and practices in Dubai is beneficial
